This years Bracknell Samaritans Run will take place on Saturday 25 June 2022, and will once again be held at Easthampstead Park Community School. We are very grateful for the continued support from the school.

Personalised running numbers will be issued on the day, these include a tracker for accurate timing. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to collect.
The use of headphones or any music playing devices is NOT permitted during the race, except for bone conducting headphones. This is for your own safety as listening to music may distract you from being able to hear instructions from race officials or other runners on the course.
All 5k /10k finishers will receive a bespoke Samaritans Run medal. A NEW medal for 2022 will be announced in the Spring! All children taking part in the Teddy Bear Kids Run will receive a non-bespoke medal.
There is free parking on site. Please arrive early as it is expected to be busy.

Toilets and changing rooms are available in the pavilion opposite the main school Reception.

On the day
Transfers can be made on the day BUT you must inform the registration desk prior to the start. All changes must be processed no later than 30 minutes before the event start time.
If you give your race number and timing chip to someone else, without following the transfer process, then that person would NOT be covered by event insurance and the runner will be disqualified.
Note that no refund will be issued for a swap from 10K to 5K but there will be an additional charge to swap to the 10K from the 5K race.
Should it become necessary to withdraw from the race once it is underway, please ensure you report to the nearest marshal.
If you know anyone who may be interested in helping or marshalling on the day at this family friendly event, please drop us an email - email@example.com. We would be very grateful for any support.
Good luck on the day and thank you for supporting your local Samaritans branch, based in Bracknell!
SAMARITANS RUN FUNDRAISING
The annual Bracknell Samaritans Run is the biggest fundraiser for our local Samaritans branch, based in Bracknell. If every entrant for the 5k or 10k run could fundraise £25, we could raise enough money to keep our local Samaritans branch operating for over 6 months! Could you help raise an additional £25?
